These Terms of Service explain how KR Property Revival (“we”, “us”, “our”) delivers our exterior property maintenance services and what you, as the customer (“you”), agree to when booking with us.

By requesting a quote, making a booking or using our services you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services We Provide

We offer exterior property services including:

  • Lawn mowing, edging and section tidy ups

  • Garden weeding, trimming, light pruning and seasonal resets,

  • Small exterior builds and/or repairs

  • Green waste removal

  • Holiday lawn and garden care

  • One-off and ongoing maintenance services

2. Quotes and Pricing

2.1. Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide at the time of request and our on site assessment where applicable.

If unexpected conditions are identified (including heavy growth, additional waste, hidden hazards, access limitations or additional repairs), pricing may change.

Any adjustments will be discussed with you before work continues.

2.2 Pricing Structure

  • Lawn care from $30

  • Garden care from $30

  • Small builds/repairs from $30

  • Green waste removal: first load included

  • Additional green waste loads: from $20 (material and volume dependent)

  • Non green waste removal from $30 per load (depending on volume and disposal fees).

    All prices are in NZD.

    GST will be added when we become GST registered

3. Access to Your Property

To complete your service you agree to provide:

  • Safe and reasonable access

  • Gate codes, key locations or access instructions where required

  • Information about pets, especially dogs

  • Notification of any known hazards on the property.

If we arrive and are unable to access the property, or if conditions are unsafe, a call out fee may apply.

4. Weather and Ground Conditions

Some work cannot be completed safely in heavy rain, storms or when the ground conditions are unstable.

If weather or site conditions prevent work from being completed, we will reschedule your service at the earliest suitable time at no additional cost.

5. Waste Removal

  • One load of green waste removal is included in all services.

  • Additional green waste loads are charged from $20 per load (material and volume dependent).

  • Non-green waste (including household rubbish, timber, construction debris or general refuse) is not included and may incur additional charges starting from $30 depending on volume and disposal requirements.

All additional waste removal costs will be confirmed with you before removal.

6. Photos & Documentation

We may take before/after photos for:

  • Quoting

  • Job documentation

  • Quality assurance

  • Internal record-keeping

Photos will not be used publicly without your explicit consent.

Without consent, all images remain private.

7. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued after the service is completed.

  • Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

  • Late payments may result in reminders, late fees or referral for debt collection.

Accepted payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Bank Transfer

Services may be paused if outstanding balances remain unpaid.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations will incur a $20 call-out fee if travel has already occurred.

If unsafe or unexpected conditions prevent us from working, we will reschedule at no cost.

9. Safety Requirements

To maintain a safe working environment, you agree to:

  • Inform us of hazards (holes, uneven terrain, wasp nests, loose debris etc)

  • Secure pets while we are working.

  • Remove obstacles where reasonably possible (toys, horses, objects on the lawn).

If conditions are unsafe, we may stop work until the area is safe to continue.

10. Damage and Liability

We take reasonable care in all work carried out, however:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden hazards, pre-existing issues or unsafe site conditions.

  • If accidental damage occurs due to our error we will assess the situation and resolve it fairly.

  • We are not liable for delays or inability to complete work due to weather, emergencies, lack of access or circumstances outside of our control.

11. Customer Satisfaction

If you believe something has been missed or is not satisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will assess and resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

12. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

We may decline or discontinue service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • The job requires specialised tools beyond our capability.

  • Access is restricted

  • Behaviour is aggressive, abusive or unreasonable

  • These Terms of Service are breached

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The most recent version will always be available on our website.
