These Terms of Service explain how KR Property Revival (“we”, “us”, “our”) delivers our exterior property maintenance services and what you, as the customer (“you”), agree to when booking with us.

By requesting a quote, making a booking or using our services you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services We Provide

We offer exterior property services including:

  • Lawn mowing, edging and section tidy ups

  • Garden weeding, trimming, light pruning and seasonal resets,

  • Small exterior builds and/or repairs

  • Green waste removal

  • Holiday lawn and garden care

  • One-off and ongoing maintenance option

2. Quotes and Pricing

2.1. Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide at the time.

If we encounter unexpected issues (e.g. heavy growth, additional waste, hazards or repairs, pricing may change.

We will discuss any adjustments before continuing.

2.2 Pricing Structure

  • Minimum job charge: $30

  • Lawn care from $30

  • Garden care from $30

  • Small builds/repairs from $30

  • Green waste (1st load is free) from $0 for extra loads

  • Non green waste removal from $30 per load.

  • All prices are in NZD.

  • GST will be added when we become GST registered

3. Access to Your Property

To complete your service you agree to provide:

  • Safe and reasonable access

  • Access codes, gate instructions or key locations

  • Information about pets, especially dogs

  • Notification of any hazards on the property.

  • If we arrive and cannot access the property or conditions are unsafe, a call-out fee may apply.

4. Weather and Ground Conditions

Some work cannot be completed in heavy rain, storms or when the ground is too wet for safe mowing, gardening or builds/repairs. If weather affects your booking we will reschedule at the earliest suitable time.

5. Waste Removal

All our services include one load of green waste removal.

Additional loads of green waste are $20 per load

Non-green waste (rubbish, timber, household items, construction debris etc) is not included and incurs additional costs of $30 depending on disposal fees and volume.

We will confirm all costs before removing non-green waste.

6. Photos & Documentation

We may take before/after photos for:

  • Quoting

  • Job documentation

  • Quality assurance

  • Internal record-keeping

Photos will not be used publicly unless you have given explicit consent.

Without your consent all photos remain private.

7. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued once your service is completed

  • Payment is due within 7 days

  • Late payments may result in reminders, late fees or debt collection.

Accepted payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Bank Transfer

Services may be paused if outstanding balances remain unpaid.y

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations will incur a $20 call-out fee if we have already travelled to the property.

If unsafe or unexpected conditions prevent us from working, we will reschedule at no cost.

9. Safety Requirements

To maintain a safe working environment, you agree to:

  • Inform us of hazards (holes, uneven terrain, wasp nests, loose debris etc)

  • Keep pets secured while we are working

  • Remove obstacles where possible (toys, horses, objects on the lawn).

If conditions are unsafe, we may stop work until the area is safe to continue.

10. Damage and Liability

We take care in all work we carry out, however:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden hazards, pre-existing issues or unsafe site conditions.

  • If accidental damage occurs due to our error we will assess the situation and resolve it fairly.

  • We are not liable for delays or inability to complete work due to weather, emergencies, lack of access or circumstances outside of our control.

11. Customer Satisfaction

If you believe something has been missed or isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours. We will assess and resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

12. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

We may decline or discontinue service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • The job requires specialised tools beyond our capability.

  • Access is restricted

  • Behaviour is aggressive, abusive or unreasonable

  • These Terms of Service are breached

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The most recent version will always be available on our website.
