KR Property Revival began with a simple idea, most people don’t mind mowing every now and then, it’s the constant week in, week out exterior maintenance that gets exhausting.

We’re here to take that pressure off. We focus on reliable, affordable lawn, gardens and any small builds or repair work. That way, you can spend more time doing what you love and less time worrying about how the outside of your place looks.

our story

From personal experience we know how quickly a section can slip from “a bit long” to “completely overwhelming”. All it takes is a busy season at work, health challenges, new babies, shift work or just life piling up and suddenly lawns, gardens and odd jobs outside feel impossible to catch up on.

We started KR Property Revival because we’ve been there ourselves. We know how heavy it can feel when you’re already stretched and every time you look outside, it’s another reminder of what you haven’t been able to get to yet.

Our goal is simple; step in when things have gotten away on you, get everything back under control and leave you with a section that feels manageable again, whether you choose to maintain it yourself or ask us to support you going forward.

What To Expect

  1. Quote form submission, chat or message.

    • Tell us what’s going on and what you’d like help with. Photos are great but not required.

  2. We’ll arrange a time with you to conduct a site visit.

    • We do site visits to ensure that the scope and pricing are as accurate as possible.

  3. Clear, upfront pricing.

    • We’ll put together a quote based on our observations at the site visit and send it to you.

  4. Once the quote is accepted we’ll arrange a time and day to do the work.

    • To accept the quote you just need to sign it and we’ll begin the scheduling process.

  5. We’ll ask for permission to take before/after photos of the job..

    • We ask to take before/after photos because we include these when we send our invoices. Photos are of the job area only and aren’t shared publicly unless we have your permission.

  6. We get stuck in.

    • We turn up when we say we will, do the work we’ve agreed on, take after photos and check in before we leave.

  7. Invoice with before/after photos sent to you.

    • You’ll receive our invoice with the before/after photos we’ve taken.

  8. Ongoing support if you want it.

    • If it’s helpful, we can set up regular maintenance so things never get overwhelming again.

KR Property Revival is a small, local team based in the Waikato. We’re everyday people who understand what it’s like to juggle work, health, family and everything else while trying to keep a property looking respectable.

We don’t believe you should have to choose between your wellbeing and a tidy section. Our work is about more than short grass and neat gardens, it’s about giving you breathing room, a bit of relief and the feeling that someone’s in your corner when it all feels like too much.
