We offer practical help with small builds and general property repairs that don’t require a large contractor. These jobs are charged hourly, with pricing based on the time required after a site visit.

Scope of Work

We carry out small builds and general property repairs for jobs that do not require a qualified builder and/or council consent. Any work that requires a qualified or Licensed Building Practitioner or building consent is outside the scope of what we offer.

How hourly pricing works

A collection of tools on a wooden surface including a yellow measuring tape, a black and orange cordless drill, a silver adjustable wrench, a pair of orange-handled pliers, a yellow utility knife, and a combination square.

Small builds and repairs are charged at an hourly rate because the time required can vary depending on the job. A site visit allows us to assess the work properly and prepare an accurate quote.

Pricing takes into account:

  • Size and complexity of the job

  • Condition of existing structures

  • Access and materials involved

  • Time needed to complete the work properly

Once assessed:

  • We review the scope of work on site

  • A written quote is prepared based on the estimated time required.

  • Pricing is confirmed when you accept the quote via the link in the quote email

  • You’re taken to a booking page to choose a day and time that suits you.

Work is scheduled once your booking is confirmed.
